Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made under section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 5 April 2026.

Bellwether provides business consulting services. We do not operate manufacturing or complex supply chains, and our suppliers mainly provide office, IT, and professional services. We consider the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain to be low.

We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and to ensuring there is no slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain. We expect the same from our suppliers.

Our approach includes:
• Working with reputable suppliers.
• Requiring compliance with laws and ethical standards.
• Raising awareness with employees and providing reporting channels for concerns.

We will publish a new statement each year to confirm our ongoing commitment.

This statement was approved by the Board of Directors of Bellwether on September 26, 2025.
